  • -Working closely with the photographer/ studio to prepare and execute photo shoots. -Cataloguing all development briefs sent out to factories and put into development spreadsheet. -Managing development spreadsheet and chasing sample exit dates from factories. -Prepare sample orders, monitor sample production and receipt of samples to ensure that they are delivered by the required deadline dates and where necessary keep relevant parties informed if samples are due to arrive late. -Booking in and take photos of all samples received in the office and recording samples sent out to clients. -Liaise with fabric mills (based around the world) with both general queries and establishing delivery dates of the fabric samples and monitoring and chasing the samples. -Making boards each season of all products we are developing. -Manage all swatches that come in and arranging into category type. -Provide showroom hospitality to customers and visitors as and when required and to provide a high level of customer care and service at all times.
