- Senior Account Manager responsible for Procter and Gamble’s international operations across their prestige brand Dolce&Gabbana Beauty Axis - Client lead on all brand activity
- Working closely with senior marketing personnel and inter-agency partners to develop global above and below-the-line campaigns
- Responsibility for integrated campaigns from brief through to ful?lment: photography,
retouching, in-store, online, press, packaging and OOH
- Managing a team of 4 Account Managers and 6 Project Managers and overseeing client operations in New York, Singapore and India
- Developing brand guidelines for global production
- Growing new business while consolidating existing revenue streams
- Driving client strategies across all channels
- Primary client contact across all touch points
- Developing new opportunities through pitches, presentations and implementation
- Full accountability for account P&L, forecasting and all ?nancial house keeping - Global consistency across all aspects of the account
- Setting and governing KPIs/SLAs, process implementation and account planning
- Set up and implementation of onsite studio in Milan
- Mentoring for rising talent and experience in crisis management
