Manages the collation of all information received and presents back to the Senior Managers to successfully further develop the strategy to bring and to bring the business in line with the market and target customer. - In partnership with Retail Operations manage all marketing requirements for new store/concession openings, including; store landing date of graphics, POS and any additional marketing material, to ensure that guidelines can be communicated in a timely manner to the store and regional managers prior to launch. - Social Media: Assisting in creating a social media strategy, looking after key brands social meida accounts. Working closely with the brand teams to implement media exposure in line with seasonal campaigns, launching customer competition to suit target audfience and forecasting traffic to the website and transactions for each activity. Successfully saw an increase of 5% in likes/followers in within first quarter of taking ownership of the social media activity and generating a 2% increase on traffic to the website and 1.5% uplift on new transactions on the website directly from social media activity.

    - Coordinated the biannual two day product launch event researching and locating the venue working closely with the marketing and PR team on directive and creative briefs to ensure both venue and event runs in line with brand values and is reflective of the seasonal campaign. Responsible for liaising with the venue events team to meet the standards required, organised caterers, assisted in all VM/display and communicated with all head office departments involved to finalise the agenda. Effectively arranged all distribution of product and display to and from head office and organised all guest travel and accommodation - Reviewed the weekly operations store report of sales and category performance and implemented the bulletin working closely with the marketing and graphic design teams on copy, layout and imagery to enhance the template so it included relevant and up to date information from all departments. The weekly bulletin included weekly reports of sales performance, VM updates, bestsellers and marketing updates on press coverage and campaign activity. Responsible for editing, re-wiring and formatting all content to deliver a concise and relevant report that was distributed to a set deadline - Planning, implementing and assisting the Retail Operations Manager in new store openings including: liaising with external suppliers and services to ensure smooth delivery from start to launch. Placing orders as requested to maintain the daily running of the store accordingly. - Supporting the Retail Operations Manager to produce and implement new tools, templates and processes which improve department performance and contribute to key business objectives - Review and negotiate new and existing contracts in relation to on-going suppliers and services to stores, minimising costs and ensuring a high level of product quality and services are provided. - Maintain all supplies (including stationery, packaging, requisites) at adequate levels for the department and all stores, including placing specific orders on request, monitoring departmental usage. - Book all travel and accommodation for retail, proactively seeking to minimise costs. - Check all relevant invoices against services received, ensuring the details are accurate and in line with agreed costs. - Provide administrative support to retail management assisting with ad hoc projects as required - Complete administrative duties supporting other head office departments as required.
