In April 2021 I joined the world of freelancing and, within the first few months, was lucky enough to work with big clients such as Joe Browns and NBrown (who own companies including Simply Be, Jacamo and JD Williams). However, I have also completed a huge range of projects with companies across the world - from an 'ugly' food delivery company in Dubai, to a UK-based SaaS platform and a homemade soap company in Australia. Whether it's writing blogs, print copy, video scripts or emails, my freelancing projects have only increased my confidence in tailoring my tone of voice to various audiences and platforms.

At the MEN, I had an article published on The Mirror's website and one in the Rochdale Observer.

Whilst studying in my third year, I also worked as a Student Caller and held the role of Events Representative for the Mixed Martial Arts team, where I organised fundraising events for KIDS, a local charity helping disabled children and their families. At the same time, I worked as the Music Editor for the student paper, winning the 'Best Section of the Paper' award in 2015. All these experiences helped me to juggle various projects and taught me how to successfully prioritise my workload.
