Lifestyle Shoot Producer
- Working closely with in house Creative director/Art Director and freelance teams (Stylist/Photographers) to build main lifestyle shoots throughout the shoot journey.
- Managing production for Interiors shoots both creatively and within budget - 6 weeks shooting per season with 5/6 freelance teams - building teams for each shoot - involvement in start to end process
- Managing model castings (female/male adults and children)
- Building relationships with external agencies/negotiating rates and usage - booking and sourcing locations as well as going on recce’s, sourcing props, logistics pre shoot, on hand across all shoots working alongside AD's and Stylist
- Managing two shoot assistants both in house and on set
- Working alongside the e-comm team to make sure product is shot ahead of main lifestyle shoots as well as combining LWC and Fashion shoots for continuity between brochures / liaising with buyers for Fashion teams to make sure models are in appropriate seasonal clothing when shooting as part of a interiors Lifestyle shoot
- Arranging overseas shoots with a locally based production company – Carnet/Model Casting/Make up Artist/Locations
- Purchase orders/ Call sheets/ Catering/ Delivery of product management
- Collating photographic requirements across multiple channels in house and co-ordinating the seasonal business needs/ adhearing to strict deadlines
- Developing critical paths and managing timelines
- Working alongside designers/buyers across the business to build brochure layouts ahead of shoot
- Involvement in multiple briefing/styling meetings in the run up to shoots with the Stylists to discuss the creative story for the season being worked on
Shoot Production Assistant

Working directly for the shoot manager in the multi-channel Marketing department for both UK and Central Europe
- Assisting the shoot manager closely from start to end of the shoot process, involvement in art direction of each shoot, collating clothing samples after 'sign off meetings' with the brand director and buying head's for Men's, Women's and children's clothing and footwear and accessories, booking studios and teams (stylist, photographer, make up artist, models etc), ensuring photography requirements are delivered for the Online and POS teams, assisting with post production and all final imagery making sure all images meet deadlines
- Assisting press team and external team (stylist, art director etc) for all press shoots
- Assisting on all campaign shoots for TV/Billboard/Advertising
- Produce Still Life and Online shoots - start to end process
- Assets for Online and Offline usage are uploaded onto IT systems correct and on time, scheduling kick off meetings with online teams to ensure photography team is capturing the correct requirements
- Admin; working with our yearly budgets, collating information and ensuring suppliers are paid
- Working with the production manager and sample assistants to ensure all product is ready and organised for shoots and shoot information is clear and accurate before each shoot
- Building close relationships and working with booking agencies, stylists, photographers, make up artists, locations and models
- Creating concept mood boards and new concepts for photography, primarily owning of still life photography
- Working alongside external media team to ensure that all requirements are captured in photography
