Claire joined Stripe Partners in January 2017 bringing a background in research, design and project management. She holds BAs in History and Photography and a Masters in Social & Political Thought. Prior to Stripe Partners, Claire worked on the research and development of the Science Museum’s permanent Mathematics gallery, a three –year project to design and develop a space for non-specialists in the subject. Claire is a fellow of the RSA and a member of the Clore Leadership Network.
Delivering ethnographic research projects and consultation
Core contributor in the design and implementation of an ambitious new mathematics gallery set to open in 2016. Designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, the project aims to make a difficult subject accessible to a mass audience.
Managing Conservation & Collections Care departmental administration across 3 sites. The CCC team supports work across the Science Museum programme, from hazard safety to installation, logistics, and interventive conservation work.
At the Charleston Trust my role was extremely varied and developed continuously as the organisation went through a time of change under a new Director. My work included management of Charleston’s Friends membership scheme, generation and supervision of filming, photo shoots and venue hire at the house, generation of press coverage, and general support of the Charleston festival and exhibition programme. http://www.charleston.org.uk/
