I worked personally with the Owners to tailor the build and interior fit-out to their specifications • Utilised prior yachting experience to develop strategy and execute the overall vision of clients via negotiations, presentations, and general project management of both internal and external designers, contractors, and suppliers • Planned and managed photoshoots for private estates and yachts, internationally • Managed sample product pipeline and financial processes related to invoicing, tax exemption recovery, and purchase orders • Established an operational Styling department designed to provide guidance and focus to designers, thereby reducing unnecessary output and increasing overall efficiency
