A creative individual with a commercial mind, i work hard to explore the full potential of a brief and take something from mood through development with tangible end results that are underpinned by a sensitivity to the environment. A seasoned background in the creative, marketing and retail environments i have accumulated a wealth of 3D, POS, print, packaging, apparel label design, sourcing and manufacturing experience both in the UK and Internationally.

- Sugar Cane - Sustainable Plastic AlternativesDerived from Sugar Cane, the worlds first plastic from a plant: GreenPE is 100% sustainable, carbon negative and recyclable. I helped successfully make the switch in 2018 for Joules Ecom sacks from fossil derived plastics to this new innovative material and in the first year saved over 250MT Co2. Building on the positives from this material i am looking at new areas to make the switch including garment polybags and other packaging components.

My current role in Joules, one of the UK's leading lifestyle brands has given me a solid understanding of the challenges faced when a small family run company expands into a public listed corporate. With a small team i manage the design development, sourcing and global production for the garment and GNFR labelling, ticketing and bespoke product packaging. Campaigning internally for more sustainable materials has been top of my agenda for years. Balancing innovation with commerciality is a challenge but i have been instrumental in leading some key CSR achievements across the business.
