About me
Over the last ten years, I enjoyed leading projects with a collaborative approach working with multi-disciplinary teams. I am driven by the wide range of responsibilities I have taken on projects through the design process from initial briefing and strategy, to design research and ideation. After my previous experience in Industrial Design, I wanted to go further and work on the Services and Experiences between customers and organisations. The idea of combining my skills in design, interpersonal communication and organisation to create services and cover user’s needs drove to expand my knowledge of User Experience and further in Service Design. By joining workshops, teaming up on hackathons, and taking courses, I keep myself up to date with the latest cases studies, trends and design services.

    As a freelancer, I worked on projects end to end. Working closely with clients and managing the creativity, design and if required the production. My passion for design drove me from Industrial design towards graphics and more recently service and experience design.     We designed a gadget with a purpose to reduce the water consumption in homes. The gadget shows in a principal display how much water is running through the main tap and show how much it costs. It also gave you advice on consumption.
