Over the last ten years, I enjoyed leading projects with a collaborative approach working with multi-disciplinary teams. I am driven by the wide range of responsibilities I have taken on projects through the design process from initial briefing and strategy, to design research and ideation. After my previous experience in Industrial Design, I wanted to go further and work on the Services and Experiences between customers and organisations. The idea of combining my skills in design, interpersonal communication and organisation to create services and cover user’s needs drove to expand my knowledge of User Experience and further in Service Design. By joining workshops, teaming up on hackathons, and taking courses, I keep myself up to date with the latest cases studies, trends and design services.
Implementing interactive products for Future digital stations. Running and participating on design workshops with a large team, oriented to improve experiences. My previous role at TfL involved coordinating and designing the production and overall quality control of internal documentation creating a consistent design and request procedure.
As a freelancer, I worked on projects end to end. Working closely with clients and managing the creativity, design and if required the production. My passion for design drove me from Industrial design towards graphics and more recently service and experience design. My goal is to work full time as a Service and Experience designer, transferring and learning skills from one field to another. How am I doing it? Byt learning by doing, which involve taking courses, attending workshops and working with multi-disciplinary teams on side projects.
My interests in people’s flow started when I worked with cross-functional team including designers, architects and marketers in wayfinding and signage projects for international clients such as Statoil, M-tel and Z-Energy. I worked on the new technology and experiences design research and created 3D brand implementation solutions for customers’ easy navigation.
As a product designer, I worked on consumer electronics and transport solutions from initial stages to testing the product before launch it to the market. Working closely with companies as EtraGroup (Spain) and collaborating with designers such as Jaime Hayon for cutting-edge companies like Established and Sons and Bisazza.
I designed and developed pieces for bespoke lifts and elevators, project managed technical claims and resolved structural problems. Working with Solidworks on the development, I managed to decrease our request response by collaborating with the IT department working on a bespoke software with SAP.
As part of the Product Management course I analysed the tourism industry in London to build a new product and identify each phase for the development cycle.
We designed a gadget with a purpose to reduce the water consumption in homes. The gadget shows in a principal display how much water is running through the main tap and show how much it costs. It also gave you advice on consumption.
