    Digital R&D Fund for the Arts – Assistant Project Manager The Digital R&D Fund is a £7million fund partnership between Arts Council England, AHRC and Nesta to create innovative projects that engage audience reach and develop new business models. ● Project manager for ten Digital R&D Fund projects overseeing milestones, payment releases and offering support. ● Facilitate learning events for all projects each quarter including operations and logistics of the events. ● Coordinate annual arts forum event each year with over 300 attendees joining and manage monthly workshops and briefing sessions regionally based across England to promote and drive interest to the Fund ● Manage and direct video commissions for project presentations including edits and uploads onto the Native website ● Maintaining incoming applications, reviewing application weekly and distributing to reviewers within Arts Council England, AHRC and Nesta. Responsible for collating reviews and scores to give feedback to applicants. ● Responsible for developing and managing an efficient application process for the R&D Fund that is accessible to others within the team. ● Logging and dealing with enquiries, application and correspondences received regarding the Fund ● Excellent administration skills with tracking and processing milestones for over 50 projects currently running within the Fund ● Organising steering board meetings, fund interviews, management board and learning events connected to the dissemination of learning from the Fund. ● Negotiating contracts with third part suppliers whilst maintaining a tight budget
