About me

Hi, Ive worked in Marketing, Business Development, Market Research and Magazine Editing for 22 years and became a Holistic Therapist, Life Activator and Reiki Master in 2007 and ran my own businesses since 2007, for 13 years. Working in Southampton, France, Norfolk, London and Hampshire again now! :-) I set up a Community Advertising Magazine in 2005 and worked with a Graphic Designer to supply 3000 mags locally in Southampton. Warsash and Hamble areas. I also ran Self Catering holidays abroad in France with my Husband but returned to the UK in 2013 after he passed away. I have been a Natural Healer and trained as a Teacher and Guide for Spiritual Empowerment in 2018, training since 2007 onwards. I wrote the Destress You! Programme in the First Lockdown and started teaching it in October, November 2020. Im currently looking for more people to learn this great simple system to onward teach it to young people and/or Community so people can destress naturally and even develop their 'gifts' and empower them selves further.
