  • -Ensure visual merchandising standards are strong and consistent across all UK stores. -Weekly trade meetings with merchandising team to discuss store trade and plan of action for upcoming weeks. -Work in partnership with the operations, marketing and merchandising teams to maximise productivity in stores. -Participate with store management teams to make the best visual decisions for stores whilst maintaining brand visual standards. -Supervising and training the junior VM team and developing talent. -VM coaching in stores, communicating our creative philosophy to staff and store visuals. -Creating VM Guidelines for stores. -Communicate the visual calendar and priorities to the store teams. -Preparing the stores nationwide for seasonal promotions and sale periods, working alongside the Store and Area Managers, and Merchandising Team. -Creating display material and vinyl for in-store and window displays. -Communicating with clients to prepare seasonal store graphics, signage and window installations. -Acting as a brand ambassador for A|X. -Development and implementation of visual merchandising standards throughout retail, wholesale and outlets. -Extensive travel across Europe, UK and Ireland to ensure brand image is consistently represented. -Merchandising shop-in-shop concepts in department stores, including Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Galeries Lafayette and Stockmann, ensuring brand image is maintained to drive sales, working alongside the Store and Department Managers. -Reacting to the changing visual demands of top department stores. -Raising purchase orders. -Booking VM travel and doing VM expenses. -Designing Armani Exchange shop floor promotional material/point of sale on Illustrator. -Assisting in the opening of DKNY Jeans Westfield, New Bond Street, European stores, DKNY Outlet Belfast, and shop-in-shop concepts DKNY Jeans in Harrods and House of Fraser nationwide. -Sourcing props and materials for window and showroom displays. -Acting as a brand ambassador for these prestigious brands. -Merchandising UK showroom and Distributor’s showrooms in Europe for seasonal selling and press events. -Dressing models for special events, including fashions shows and showroom presentations.
