My name is Clare Kenneally and I am cork/limerick based animator,illustrator and motion designer. I have a honours BA in Animation and Motion Design from LSAD.
My course consisted of the study of animation principals, conceptual design line art sketching and storyboard art. The course also teaches us how to use applications for digital media such as After effects, Photoshop, Premier Pro and 3DXmax.
As a designer my aim is create distinctive and memorable artwork across a range of medias. I have completed work placements with the Irish Examiner.
Although my degree is design, I also create fine art installations. My work has been featured in the Electric Picnic 2017 art trail. Other projects I have completed are installation moral piece for orchard thieves cider company, large scale paint pieces in drawing awards exhibition 2018, fresh talent exhibition 2015, Animation second year exhibition 2016 and LSAD Flux degree show 2018. My work will feature in the coming Indiependeance music and art festival 2018.
