Clarissa Henry, also known as vintagedollrisa, is a successful young personal style blogger, fashion stylist, designer and founder of female sports brand GIRLS DO SUCCEED. Clarissa started her blog to share and document her on-growing style in 2012 and has developed and moulded vintagedollrisa into a brand that has inspired many other young people to feel confident and fearless. She pioneers vintage sportswear and underground streetwear, allowing fellow young girls to see alternate options when it comes to female dressing. Her blog has become a source of style inspiration and her journey through adulthood, showcasing creative visual stories based on chosen trends and outfits. Her blog has also landed her many online interviews and features as well as a ton of brand collaborations such as Nike, Liberty, ASOS, Lazy Oaf, Footasylum, Urban Outfitters, Pretty Little Thing as well as publication features in Highsnobiety, The Guardian, Nylon and Hackney Gazette. Clarissa has a Bachelors Degree in Fashion Styling and Production at London College of Fashion. She is part of a female creative collective called In Bloom where she uses her skills styling, art directing and graphic designing in fashion and digital media editorials and campaigns. She was ASOS' 2016's Student insider and has also recently partnered with a friend to launch The Lab, a fashion workshop duo, providing events, activities and talks for young people. Her newest venture, GDSBRAND is a sportswear/streetwear brand and multimedia platform, celebrating young females in sport, showcasing the fusion of female fashion, sports and lifestyle. Clarissa aspires to create a movement and community of girls championing body positivity, diversity and wellbeing.
