Hey - I’m Claudia Im from Naples, Italy, but I‘ve lived in London since 2014. I’m a content marketing and PR professional, I love writing punchy and insightful articles, blogs, case studies or social media posts that help companies tell their brand story and connect with their audience. I’m fascinated by how the written word can influence people’s behaviour, and how content can fit into a wider strategy and help achieve business objectives (NERD!). These days, I work with B2B tech companies - however, I was previously a manager in designer fashion retail, a challenging (if you’ve worked in retail, you know) but educational experience which helped me develop my communication and relationship management skills - they go a long way.
