    - Work on the definition of the global brand strategy and marketing plans to support the growth trajectory. - Identify global trends, track and analyze global launches and have an awareness of the nuances of the fragrance category in key markets. - Gather input from a variety of internal and external sources to define product vision and roadmap. - Identify opportunities that will successfully meet the growth objectives and goals. - Definition and implementation of 3 years Marketing Plan and strategy for the rebranding of LOEWE Perfumes launched in March of 2019. - Launch of strategic products and promotional plan: design, communication, launch material and monitoring. - Analysis and identification of trends and opportunities for a correct product positioning. - Oversee the new product launch strategies and strategic activations of existing products for the LOEWE Perfumes family in order to maximize growth potential and drive long term profitability. - Oversee creative briefs for packaging and creative assets aligned with global and local campaign needs. - Develop a targeted sampling strategy and price points for all new launches in the Fragrance category. - Work close to cross functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Visual Merch, Creative, Communications, Packaging, etc. - Lead projects with external agencies (digital, production and creative) to develop new projects to promote the rebranding such as the LOEWE Perfumes VR App.
