What I love, is learning, improving, and asking "why not?". The most fulfilling way to do so? Design.
Here are a few things about me that demonstrate what I mean:
1. Design, to me, is the ultimate form of what I consider to be “Beauty with Purpose". First, we start with our goal, our statement, our message. Then, we communicate this through visually digestible concepts, while immersing the viewer in a world they can believe in.
2. No matter how big or small a task, there is always a way. Every challenge is an opportunity to adapt, to grow, and to evolve. This is the philosophy behind every aspect of my life.
3. From the time I rendered my first 5-second animation, I've been addicted to telling visual stories, and creating eye candy so sweet you might need a dentist….for your eyes?…An Ophthalmologist?
4. I've always been a "glass half-full" kind of guy. And that glass is half-full of infinite curiosity, positivity, and a healthy shot of "let's do this".
5. In a past life, I was a musician. In another, I was a camera operator, as well as an audio engineer. I've also worked as production crew on various TV shows, and Films. Each of these experiences have come together to provide me with a truly unique tool-set for creative problem solving, and adaptable style of teamwork.
Even when not at my workstation, you can usually find me sketching/writing up new ideas, busting out my phone to take pictures of anything/everything that seems like it could be used at some point down the road. Either that, or in front of a hot stove, cause I love me some cooking! There's no "OFF" switch to my love and enthusiasm for what I do, it's what keeps me up at night, and gets me up with the sunrise. Every single day is an opportunity!
