About me
Clo is the co-founder of Five X More, an organisation established in 2019 with a poignant mission inspired by the sobering revelations of the MBRRACE studies. Named in response to the stark statistic that Black women were found to be five times more likely to experience maternal mortality compared to their white counterparts, Five X More aims to address and mitigate the underlying factors contributing to this disparity.
In 2017, Clo also founded Prosperitys, a pioneering maternal well-being social enterprise dedicated to supporting mental health among Black Ethnic Minority parents. Recognizing the critical need for early intervention, perinatal mental health awareness, and combating social isolation.
In addition to her impactful work in maternal healthcare, Clo is passionate about women's health, tech and fashion.
