    Fromental (Handmade Interiors House, specialising in bespoke wallpapers and fabrics) Senior Account Manager (Dec 2015 - Present), Client Account Manager (Oct 2014-Dec 2015) Senior Account Manager for residential and commercial bespoke interior projects. Working from concept to on-site installation with both UK and international clients, ensuring the critical path is adhered too and successful installation is achieved. The markets I have worked on include UK, Europe, Russia, Middle East and USA. Key Achievements • Project managed the delivery of innovative designs at some of the most renowned global hotel chains, yachts, palaces and retail stores in the world, meeting and exceeding challenging time, cost and quality targets. • Selected to amend a difficult relationship and train staff with a partnering company in the Middle East, delivering significant improvement in partner relations. • High performance was recognised with promotion to Senior Account Manager after one year, with the responsibility of training staff members to provide market insight and ensure consistent operating performance. Key Responsibilities • Production planning: Liaising with all internal teams including Production, CAD, Design, Technical, Sales and Shipping, to provide clear direction at all stages of the project, ensuring dependencies are managed and a high quality product is delivered. Ability to deal with many projects of various complexities simultaneously. • Creating clear project briefs with contractors, designers and clients. Shaping product development through design, colour and material recommendations to deliver innovative solutions that meet or fulfil client requirements. • Financial Management: Ensuring profitable project finance by controlling supplier and client costs throughout the project. This includes the production of Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, quoting, invoice checking and coding and providing forward cost expectations/forecasts of project expenditure to the financial director. • Supplier Management in China, Germany and The Philippines to ensure successful collaboration and sufficient scope for negotiation of costs and lead times. Updating Database Management Systems to communicate with production studios and log all internal information to ensure delivery remains on track. • Reading of architectural drawings through CAD software / scales to ensure the design fits the specific space and allows advanced preparation for complex installs from the production phase. • Client Relationship Management throughout the project to ensure their requirements are met and they maintain excellent visibility of production as well as explaining any limitations in production. • Business Development Sent to Middle East and USA to establish new business and build on current relationships. • Training and management of new team members, to enhance their market awareness and ensure consistent delivery across the department. • Critical Path Management working with numerous suppliers to complete projects within the contracted time frame. Managing the project plan, dependencies and risks to ensure that all departments meet their timescales. • Distribution: Ensuring correct documentation for imports and exports from across the world are completed in goodtime to ensure insufficient custom information does not delay projects. • Issue Management: Attended construction sites including direct involvement with Site Management teams, utilizing problem solving skills to resolve unpredictable on-site issues. • Technical awareness: When working with commercial projects a clear understanding of the BSI requirements, and the best treatment and tests for each fabric to meet this.

    • Inventory control. • Obtaining quotes when ordering samples and materials. • Assisting customers with bespoke orders. • Aiding visual merchandising of the London showroom. • Handling communication with the media: sending e-newsletters, promoting new design lines; liaising with PR teams to recommend and organise items for photo shoots. • Updating the images and writing promotional text on website.
