Updating Database Management Systems to communicate with production studios and log all internal information to ensure delivery remains on track. • Reading of architectural drawings through CAD software / scales to ensure the design fits the specific space and allows advanced preparation for complex installs from the production phase. • Client Relationship Management throughout the project to ensure their requirements are met and they maintain excellent visibility of production as well as explaining any limitations in production. • Business Development Sent to Middle East and USA to establish new business and build on current relationships. • Training and management of new team members, to enhance their market awareness and ensure consistent delivery across the department. • Critical Path Management working with numerous suppliers to complete projects within the contracted time frame. Managing the project plan, dependencies and risks to ensure that all departments meet their timescales. • Distribution: Ensuring correct documentation for imports and exports from across the world are completed in goodtime to ensure insufficient custom information does not delay projects. • Issue Management: Attended construction sites including direct involvement with Site Management teams, utilizing problem solving skills to resolve unpredictable on-site issues. • Technical awareness: When working with commercial projects a clear understanding of the BSI requirements, and the best treatment and tests for each fabric to meet this.
