I'm an awarded conceptual portrait and fashion photographer based in Johannesburg, South Africa. I graduated in 2016 from the Stellenbosch Academy of Design and Photography with a degree in Visual Communication, with a major in photography. My work counters popularized representations of black people and Africa, I do this by creating imagery that places black people at the centre; my work celebrates blackness and is a reflection of the love that I have for my kin.
I use my creative and digital skills to help brands tell their stories, connect to audiences and grow their audience. I enjoy telling stories that reflect my lived reality and celebrate the people around me.

- Clarity & Intention for XenlaiiBrief: To create a 30 second clip and capture the cover art for the promotion of Xenlaii’s single, “Coco Butter” that would drop during the month of February. Concept: “Clarity & Intention” is an artwork comprised of stills and moving images in response to Xenlaii’s song, “Coco Butter”. The concept for the visuals draws from my personal journey of self-care, expansion and enlightenment; the visuals speak to a state of Awareness, seeing yourself and allowing yourself to be seen.
