I help out the Birmingham Glug team with the events they organise. This involves welcoming guests and speakers, collecting and checking tickets as well as ensuring guests are happy and offering help when needed.

This role involves helping out visitors to the festival as well as the other events the Birmingham Design team run. I am also involved in checking tickets, advising where the next talks and workshops and helping with directions. Last summer I also assisted a videographer with the filming of the event.
