A hard working grounded individual, through university I refined my skill set initially focusing on advertising and then graphic design. The advantage to this was in my first years in university I was able to inform myself in marketing skills, how to connect with target audiences also using space and type setting. I found university a place where I could channel my interests and reflect them onto my work. Music is one of many interests I have, not just listening but playing too as I am an avid drummer. Especially the design side from poster design, festival branding to merchandise and album design. I also use my interests in politics to help inform my design, through Digital graphic material and illustration.
Whilst studying I was always developing my freelance skills working on side projects for wedding invites and entering competitions, being runner up for BBC T-shirt day.
When I’m not focusing on my design work I like to unwind going to gigs with friends, art exhibitions, watching movies and playing in a band.
