Fully qualified Secondary School Teacher of Art and Design. I have a background in leading creative projects across media from inception to completion against deadlines.
After graduating from Falmouth Universities School of Film and Television with a Ba(hons) in Film I worked across a range of sectors and roles across the South West and South Wales. This included manual labour and design responsibilities in entertainment, professional, and horticultural environments, customer facing roles in retail settings, and culinary and managerial duties for the English Heritage.
I then gained both Qualified Teacher Status and a PGCE with specialisms in Art & Design and Design Technology. I have since gained further pedagogical training and experience in exam invigilation, planned school excursions, and working with SEND and ABLE students.
I am a confident and pro-active individual with passion for creativity and education.
In my own time I enjoy cooking, reading about history and current affairs, listening to and making music, as well as fostering dogs with my partner.
