Key Achievements: Project managing the monthly promotions brochure; giving direction of theme and design as well as ensuring it is delivered on time with 100% accuracy. This is our main publication delivered to over 17,000 customers. Taking ownership and driving campaign initiatives forward; in particular a campaign to provide schools with healthy and nutritious meals while providing for those with special dietary requirements. This drove £55,390 incremental actual margin. Owning aspects of our 2017 Christmas campaign which has so far drove £300k incremental margin and 22% engagement from a base of 16k+ customers. My main contributions were: Presenting the idea to the sales board of directors and gaining their buy in. Cascading this to our 500+ telesales team through office floor presentations. Completely owning our email marketing content plan from Oct – Dec. Organising builds of micro-sites and landing hubs, liaising with external agencies as well as our in-house digital marketing team.
