Managing and creating copy, content and engagement for store/company social media accounts, e.g. Twitter and Instagram. Working in conjunction with other O2 departments social media to deliver a unified voice for the company across all social media channels.
Running tutorials and seminars on a variety of subjects including child internet safety (with the NSPCC), basic mobile phone usage and social media 101. This includes sourcing content, creating presentations and delivering to a wide range of people, from customers to senior management.
Provide training and development in-store around O2 Home, running sessions on how to showcase and proposition the product to customers. Collect and manage customer feedback in-store to deliver to the O2 Home team in Head Office. Partake in tri-weekly calls with our key stakeholders to relay information.
Engaging within the wider O2 Community to lead and partake in training and events across the estate, e.g. Guru Exchange Program.
Create, cultivate and maintain customer relationships both in-store and via-social media. Dealing with customer issues in-store. Providing technical assistance for customers.
