In 2024, I became Business Development Manager for Mitchell Storage & Distribution Ltd after being promoted from my Business Engagement Coordinator role, tasked with maintaining existing customer relationships as well as bringing in new business. Responsible for all of MSD’s online presence, including running multiple social media accounts, dealing with numerous customer queries and quotation requests, and actively engaging with potential new customers. This role is very similar to my BEC role responsibilities, but comes with a recorded history of business wins and new accounts on board.
