RESPONSIBILITIES IN BIDS:
- Venue search, negotiations of rates, development of event "flow" in the selected venues. - Budget creation and management for new event proposals and bids, starting from scratch or handling existing budgets for 2nd/3rd round bids (budget ranging from 0k to 600k). - Search and management of the most adequate suppliers for each event. - Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
RESPONSIBILITIES IN EVENT EXECUTION:
- Attending site inspections and meetings with the suppliers. - Arranging internal meetings with the team (pre and post-event). - Budget management: rates negotiation with suppliers, invoicing, keeping track of payments . - Ensure post-event feedback for the team and the client
