AdPro allows a full end to end solution for all of our 93 offices for Adstream, from High end Standards Conversion, Re-slating, Audio Correction, Cinema Creation, Technical Pre-Flight, DI. • Providing full quality control for client Broadcast files, clearing spots if to country’s broadcast specification such as France and globally delivering; fixing adverts if necessary or offering clients advise on best ways to fix any issues. • Adapting adverts for different markets, working with producers and creating head builds according to broadcast specs. • Aiding in international versioning projects for clients such as AB InBev – Budweiser campaigns, creating Spanish and French spots. • Creating tickets for each job, with prices and updating the PO spreadsheet. • Digital file creation for global VOD and Cinema as well as creating pre roll videos to spec for digital production such as MP4s, AVIs, FLVs and MXFs. • Standard Conversions, PAL to NTSC, down converting HD to SD etc. • Ensuring all video jobs are completed within their SLAs. • Creating encoding presets to ease the conversion process. • Asset library management, including logging incoming assets and liaising with producers if any errors are apparent with the files. • Editing using the Adobe Suite including Premiere Pro and Audition as well as Final Cut Pro. • Editing for internal promotional footage and other projects. • Giving technical assistance to clients via email, phone and meetings, helping them get broadcast ready spots including step by step screen shots or shared screens video calls, as well as translating client briefs from French to English.
