CRM • Identifying touch points and revising an out-dated CRM into a consistent, scalable and personalised user journey and experience. SEO / Content Marketing and Social Media • Delivering a fully integrated music lifestyle webzine with an innovative end-to-end content marketing program. • Devising content marketing campaigns to support SEO, increase acquisitions and elevate brand awareness. • Decisively reversing an inherited stagnating SEO strategy. • Managing and educating editorial team on content generation (in-house, agency, content syndication).
