Managing the production process of advertisements – TVC, RC and photo sessions.
Responsible with project management for projects with individual budgets, for national and international clients. Taking over the production brief from the Client Service team, elaborating the budget drafts, timing, and risk analysis, internal counseling in order to obtain optimal production solutions vs. budget vs. timing. Also, counseling the Creative & CS team in the execution stages of the specific internal procedure in order to get the “project ready for execution” seal, organizing the production meetings with the clients, the internal departments and the suppliers, supervising the video, photo and audio productions during the filming and throughout the post-production process (editing, graphics, animation, etc.); final agreement with the clients, sending the materials to the media providers (print, TV, audio, web) in the best standards and parameters;
Monitoring the billing and payment processes, maintaining connections with the suppliers, searching constantly for new suppliers, technical solutions, financial opportunities and project execution opportunities.
