My role involves media managing content and files through various platforms and portals (e.g., IMG Replay, Premier League Turnstile) for established sporting events. I also work closely with producers and editors for live events such as ATP Masters, ATP 500's.
Alongside this, I work on largescale archive projects for clients such as Wimbledon, PGA of America and Europe, International Skating Association and RCS Sport with timelines met and comprehensive excel documents created and meticulously kept for reference.
Regular use of IPD for simple clipping and playlisting from EVS Channels as well as VIZ, Logger, Precut and Excel.

Working within the Archive department in Northern Ireland Screen, I was responsible for technical and descriptive metadata cataloguing with thorough research and fact checking.
Other duties included;
• Communicating with stakeholders from various partner organisations such as UTV/ITV, Public Records Office NI and the British Film Institute.
• Using PremierPro and Photoshop to clip footage and create stills for both our website and social media, as well as copywriting for the archive website and creating collections.
• Responsible for the upkeep of multiple master spreadsheets and databases.
• Liaised with production companies and heritage organisations in order to procure copyright permission.
• With the relevant departments, I worked on widening the representation of material for the archive from various funded productions.
• Assisted in the curation of a mass digitisation project, in partnership with the BFI, as well as helping to QC incoming digitised content through the BFI Imagen platform.
