  • - Calibrating and maintaining industry-standard C-type Durst Theta and Polielecttronica printers - Answering all client queries and enquiries: assisting and advising prospective and existing clients on Metro services and the most appropriate products for their projects and budgets - Distributing jobs to appropriate technicians based on their schedules, workloads and abilities - Ensuring all jobs are produced to a high standard and completed within the advertised lead-times - Processing minor job orders for print, including sizing and adding print profiles for various printers - Liaising with colleagues any necessary information relating to current Metroprint jobs impacting on their departments - Checking all prints for quality, scratches and defects - Ensuring packaging of prints is to a high standard - Arranging job alterations, special requests, and alternate service options - Managing stock replenishments and waste chemistry collection - Responding to - and dealing with - all comments and feedback, and making the necessary arrangements to appease the client based on Metro limitations - Liaising with external staff involved in the promotion and advancement of Metro clients - Attending Private Views as an ambassador for Metroprint - Responding to Trustpilot reviews on our products and services, with the aim at all times to rectify any unwanted situations for a satisfied customer - At times, assisting Front of House with reception tasks
