nights, working within the cloakroom and keeping that in a well organised and
efficient environment and also helping with setting up with various events and
gigs around the venue and bar.
As Service Leader, my main responsibilities would be to monitor the
Entertainments Team and make sure they maintain a high standard of
Customer Service, help with any difficulties with customers, cash handling
including making sure there is enough change in the tills, keeping the safe
float level and banking at the end of the night.
Other responsibilities would include taking charge of set up shifts and making
sure they are complete efficiently, preparing the dressing rooms for
performers and also artist liaison with guests of the club night events and
gigs.
