I have over twelve years of experience as a Senior Leader at Apple, creating and delivering on plans and strategies to enhance the customer lifecycle and people engagement, with overall responsibility for c180 employees across sales (consumer and B2B), customer service and operations.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with an ability to build & maintain meaningful collaborative relationships with all levels of stakeholders. Before that, I successfully ran two businesses and have experience in the mental health field. I am a Prince2 Practitioner in project management and I offer my services to small business owners helping them to free up their valuable time, including:
