About me

I studied design at City of Glasgow College where I began my career creating logos and graphics as a freelancer. On graduating I joined a Glasgow agency completing projects for national and international charities. I worked on a broad range of projects covering branding, layout design as well as event collateral and wayfinding. In order to work more closely with clients I returned to freelance. I set up Infinity Potato and worked primarily as a branding designer, rolling out logos and identities for a diverse client base. In this time I also delivered projects for Partick Thistle, The UN Office for Drugs and Crime and Glasgow University. In 2017 I worked in-house with Spectre Creative to launch their rebrand. My focus was on developing the Spectre brand and creating graphics for client led projects. Although graphics is my main focus I have experience in illustration, creating animations and screen printing.

I worked in-house with Spectre Creative to launch their rebrand. My focus was on developing the Spectre brand and creating graphics for client led projects. Following my branding process I created designs to suit the company's new direction. I launched the rebrand with a series of social media campaigns showing Spectre's work and the why behind the business. I created a presentation brochure to be delivered to high value clients. I curated the work, laid out the design and edited the copy from the Spectre team. While working with Spectre I introduced a Spectre podcast to generate high-value content and allow the team to interact with potential collaborators. While working with Spectre I created branding and graphics for social enterprises and businesses with social or environmental give back. I took several projects from initial meeting to project delivery, leading client meetings, presenting concepts and delivering final designs.

I worked as the lead designer in a small team creating designs for national charities and international membership organisations. I delivered projects covering branding, layout design and web as well as large scale event collateral and wayfinding. It was here that I became proficient in the Creative Suite particularly InDesign. I led concept development sessions with the team, liaised with clients and suppliers and initiated the use of design presentation documents in the company.
