The position of Head of Creative Services was set up for me to build and lead a new in-house creative function in order to provide an agency-standard service, taking responsibility for the branding and global creative for all pre-school and action brands, including Peppa Pig, Transformers and My Little Pony
• Devising and implementing systems and processes for this new function
• Building a team (Creative Directors, Designers and Video Post Production) based in both the UK and US
• Managing an additional annual creative budget for external agencies and freelancers
• Identify and partner with various stakeholders including production companies and broadcast partners for the delivery of all brand style guides and marketing toolkits to support movie and series launches
• Provide creative support for global, regional and seasonal marketing campaigns
• Led the team through change as part of the integration with Hasbro
