- London's hippest sustainable seafood venue: Faber's at HammersmithMA graduate collaboration for UNESCO ocean decade. The article introduces newly open sustainable seafood restaurant, interviewing Anthony Pender, co-owner, who has been in restaurant and pub business for over 15 years. It dives into UK coastal seafood sustainability, personal journaling of seasonal dishes, and eco-friendly practices at Faber's British and Wine Restaurant.
- The Niqab BanDenmark's Law passes the 'Face Veil Ban' and took into effect on August 1st, 2018. Danish residents from Aarhus were interviewed to opinion their point of view of the ban of the niqab veil and Burqa. We followed Meryem, a young college student attending University who is also a blogger and actively involved in an organization called, Kvinder i Dialog (Women in Dialogue) .
