• Responsible for the design, production and samplings of three distinctive furniture collections. • Daily contact with interior designers and contractors to discuss, approve and follow up interior projects (hotels, residential & properties) • Planning, supervising and organizing sets for photo shoots, events and exhibitions in UK, Europe and USA. • Producing monthly reports to UK and US management teams and European representatives highlighting trends and analysis of overall performance and activity. • Furniture sales under my management doubled in the last three years and a furniture department has been created with three distinctive collections.
• Managing creative and development briefs through external agencies, suppliers and events activities for the company Flagship Store, other stores worldwide and follow-up. • Managing the VM Team to ensure that new displays and layouts are successfully integrated into store space on schedule. • Producing and delivering weekly VM reports to Head Office, Senior Directors and management teams, highlighting product displays and overall performances compared to Sales Reports. • Creating exceptional Windows and displays whenever required. • Winner of “The Best Retail Destination of the Year 2009” award at the Retail Interiors Awards 2009
