  • Babylon
BabylonInspired by the remains of the ancient city of Babylon, this collection is the portrayal of the beauty of rupture. The birth of new geometries found in cracks, asymmetry and new created structures. The combination of different materials with different particular properties, patterns & prints create visual impact, materials with particular properties are attributed to enrich the design and create an altogether monochromatic puzzle.
  • Memories of a One Time Queen
Memories of a One Time QueenThe story of a young dancer in a tropical land, who was queen for just a moment, and was then forgotten. A woman who lived lost in the memory of her glory days hoping to go back to the time she was once praised. A story told throughout her hats, which, like her, were once young and bright and grew old longing for a once magical time.
  • Eau ou parfum
Eau ou parfumA short fashion film inspired by the concept of fashion survival. This is a whimsical and ironic story, a character is introduced in a sweet and delicate environment, but as the story disenvolves, a contradictory event drives the story to an unexpected ending. The styling and the setting were key to define the mood and personality of the character, and even if the story has a drastically disturbing end, it was managed in such a way that it perfectly fits into the character’s universe and personality. A delicate fashion story with a tone of humor.
  • Wonder
WonderA collection of prints and patterns inspired by the feeling of wonder. Elements were selected an manipulated in different ways, to create wonderful combinations. Colors were selected carefully as well as the different elements and they were combined in a series of patterns an prints for different uses.
  • Biodiversity
BiodiversityA pattern designed for an internal competition for Tosca Blu, for the special edition backpack for EXPO Milano 2015. Inspired by the subject of food, EXPO is an event in which all countries come together to share something that represents them. This pattern is inspired by that element that represents every country, and it was embodied in the shape of the stamp, an old traditonal emblem that represents every country all around the world. Every country was represented with a different local product and was put together in a grid of stamps, to create a modular and versatile pattern that allows many combinations and production possibilities.
  • Melancholia
MelancholiaThe story of melancholy told from foot to top in a 360º project. The project started with the development of a footprint to the top. Shoes, socks, dress and accesories came after, to create a character which visually represents what melancholy is. The outfit was designed in 3 stages (shoes, dress, accesories) taken as inspiration the melancholic spirit. Afterwards, the story was captured in a short movie in which every detail of the stying comes alive so clearly that it very accurately defines the feeling of melancholy.
