I am currently responsible for all global online portals and email communications. I have an expertise in web and email marketing, developing the company’s strategy on social media and email marketing. This is a tactical role, where I can bring additional value through an advanced skill set in marketing automation, customer database administration and campaign management to fulfil our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evangelist and champion for new technology implementations.
• Managed the global email campaign management through the company’s Marketing Automation software, creating content rich email campaigns and delivering all digital communications.
• Online and digital asset project management.
• Responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of comprehensive marketing, communications and sales support tools, including social media, print, web, graphics.
Key Achievements:
• Planned and implemented regional market research and analysis, providing yearly reports that point towards new methods and strategies for growth.
• Screen capturing, video editing and voice over for a series of tutorials surrounding new online portals.
• Managed website content and growth, developing effective digital programs to increase sales and loyalty.

As the Marketing Manager for the EMEA I supported both the Europe, Middle East and Africa teams and the Global Sales community. My main focus was in bringing the website and catalogues into a new, streamlined and media rich experience; providing multiple language options and region variations which allowed us to offer a truly world spanning level of marketing support to the business as a whole.
As well as the focus on the new website and catalogue provision I developed the company's ability to communicate with a wider range of customers via a comprehensive and demonstrably successful email marketing programme using Pardot.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managed Marketing Automation software and email marketing campaigns.
• Oversaw all marketing, advertising / public relations, product packaging, literature, trade shows and promotional activities for my targeted market segments.
Key Achievements:
• Represented my companies interests in the assessment and implementation of a global CRM Initiative.
• Trained and supported all Sales teams in the use of Marketing Automation and CRM software.
• Implemented a website development project from UX to content creation to create a new customer experience, aligning catalogue to online portal.
