About me

Dan has always been in awe of the effect cinema can have on a viewer, taking an interest in narratives which moved him from an early age. With a strong understanding of the filmmaking process and a passion for the technical aspects, he’s found himself drawn to beautiful imagery and fast-paced modern camerawork. His recent work has delved further into his interest in narrative storytelling, melding the two worlds of style and substance to create stories with a visual punch. He is always keen to push creatives and play with new techniques to tell a story.

  Yola Recoba - Wicked GameCreated during lockdown restrictions this music video takes archive footage from Nasa mission launches and repurposes it to tell a story of the exploration of another planet to find the source of this incredible new futuristic music.
• Living on the EdgeLooking into the dangerous world of Urban Exploring, through the eyes of one young fanatic in an attempt to understand what motivates him to illegally climb tall buildings.
• LoiteringThis film tackles issues surrounding toxic masculinity in young men, taking a look at the patriarchal alpha male relationships commonly seen in groups of teens. Loitering focuses on male hierarchy within your social circle and the pressure to conform when presented with archaic ideas of what 'being a man' means.
