I have worked within the recruitment industry for five years, throughout my career i have experienced recruiting for a number of different positions and for different employment types. The recruitment style i have adopted is very people focused, my greatest strength is utilising my personality to build solid and long lasting relationships with people looking for jobs and the people looking to hire. Throughout my career i have had a number of professional highlights however it is the personal highlights revolving around the people i have helped which make me love my work.
