Role of a Lifeguard involved being first aid trained; working as a team, being vigilant and disciplined. Worked as a receptionist on occasion which involved dealing with customers and cash handling.
Marketing Assistant

• Created a series of email campaigns communicating special offers, new treatments on a monthly basis.
• Updated regularly the Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin accounts of the business.
• Liaised with external suppliers such as web master and printers to ensure and maintained a positive relationship.
• Maintained the CRM database in excel to ensure all entries were relevant and up to date. Worked with the owner to ensure the database was growing and contacts were added through social media.
• Constantly updated the businesses website by uploading photographs and reformatting when required. Wrote content as and when required.
• Used InDesign to draft leaflets to then give out to the public.
• Created a range of leaflets that made clear the brand identity.
