• Created a series of email campaigns communicating special offers, new treatments on a monthly basis. • Updated regularly the Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin accounts of the business. • Liaised with external suppliers such as web master and printers to ensure and maintained a positive relationship. • Maintained the CRM database in excel to ensure all entries were relevant and up to date.
