Dan Tickner is a Music Supervisor & Writer based in London. He currently writes for Soccer Bible - the new soccer culture - interviewing the likes of David Beckham, Gareth Bale & Juan Mata. Previously he's worked as an Artist Manager, A&R, Producer and Label Head. At ATC Management, alongside Radiohead manager Brian Message, he managed 22-20s & Nine Black Alps before becoming head of Vice Records UK & Europe, signing and managing Black Lips for the world and overseeing their breakthrough album "Good Bad Not Evil". In 2010 he became a Music Supervisor, placing music into The Descendants and Nowhere Boy as well as producing music for the Ridley Scott 'Life In A Day' trailer. The following year he took over the role of Creative Sync Manager at Warner Records before music supervising the Isme Autumn & Winter fashion campaigns. He was appointed Music Supervisor for the E4 series 'Taking New York' in 2015 placing artists such as FKA Twigs, SBTRKT & Caribou in the show. He has written for The Guardian, Vice and Huffington Post, ShortList and contributed to pioneering fashion/football bi-annual The Green Soccer Journal.
