About me
Graduated from University of Birmingham with a degree in Nuclear Engineering, where I gained working knowledge of how to operate both practically, in a lab, and theoretically: using a wide range of industry-leading analytics software. During my degree I have built a foundation of computer science, having been taught C++ and MATLAB. Since graduating, I have worked at Post Office Insurance as a test analyst. From start to finish, I ushered in a new online platform - writing and executing tests at SIT and UAT levels: liaising with business analysts and developers to deliver an air-tight product. I am an efficient worker who has an ability to understand the big picture and can identify critical tasks in order to keep any project moving forwards. A keen learner, fluent communicator, and a compassionate employee.

     - London, United KingdomFull Time
Responsible for the migration from contact centre to self-serve platforms for customers to purchase both home and travel insurance. Previously, it was only possible for customers to purchase insurance through Post Office's call center. During my period working at the Post Office, I was instrumental in ushering in a new self-serve platform for web, and mobile use, as well as continuing to push updates for the existing contact centre platform. From inception to release, I worked with developers and business analysts in order to build and execute tests. Interpreting the needs of the business and working with developers to troubleshoot live and pre-production applications. I gained experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery techniques, working closely behind the developers in order to allow updates to be pushed to live as quickly as possible.
