RESPONSIBILITIES: Social media management, community engagement, weekly reporting and analysis, photography, filming and editing videos, creating social media brand guidelines, thinking up product names, designing posters and in store tags, developing concepts for videos, writing copy, website management, responding to all customer email enquires, organising press and influencer send outs, attending events for live content, ordering prints and music playlists across all stores. PROUDEST ACOMPLISHMENTS: Increasing the Instagram following by over 20,000 in less than 6 months, naming a doughnut 'Robert De N'Oreo' which went on to become the best seller and converting Vicky Pattison from Geordie Shore to a Doughnut Time's super fan!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media management for the US divisions and global Instagram account, influencer strategy, weekly reporting, writing blogs and development of strategy. PROUDEST ACOMPLISHMENTS: Increasing the following by 75% and monthly engagement by 346% on Instagram in 6 months, being sent to Thailand to run a takeover on the Instagram Stories which was the best performing story of all time for engagement and writing an article on my home town of Hull for a magazine partnered with Visit Britain.
