I am a passionate designer with an interest in photography, a strong design sensibility and a natural eye for composition. My work consists of a wide range of creative disciplines, ranging from design and interaction to music and photography. I am looking to do more work that brings together my experience in branding, layout, and photography. I also have experience in customer service, as well as some knowledge of coding and audio visual production. I have also had the opportunity to experiment with many different creative processes and outputs, such as: Digital Publishing, Darkroom Photography, Woodwork, Electronics, Projection Mapping, Animation and Video Production.

Whilst working towards my degree in Interactive Design I have learnt a wide range of skills that built upon a foundation in graphic design, photography, and computing. During this time I have become proficient with the Adobe Suite, and the digital publishing software Mag+. This degree has also helped me develop a wide range of design related skills such as: various coding languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, and to a lesser extent C++), Projection Mapping, traditional and modern printing techniques, and Exhibition Preparation. It has also helped to develop more abstract skills such as composition, colour theory, and my own creative practice.
This degree has also allowed me to work in many different areas of design. Over the three years I have worked on solo and group projects that required skill in, and knowledge of, branding, editorial design for both print and digital purposes, audio visual production, web and app design/development, and product design.
Art and Design Foundation Diploma

I took this Foundation Diploma before going onto a degree to give myself the opportunity to develop more as a visual artist before progressing onto a degree. This course allowed me to try many different forms of art and design from Graphic Design, Printmaking, 3D Design, Life and Still Life drawing, and Photography. Having finished this diploma with a Distinction it has given me confidence as a designer to not shy away from alternative techniques and processes to find the best solution.
