I'm a London based, British-Jewish award winning director, writer and producer with a versatile storytelling style and an eclectic body of work spanning comedy, brand, commercial, animation and music films. I have experience in lifestyle, comedy, food, travel, music and stop motion, building scripted visual setpiece narratives or well observed documentary projects.
My work as a commercial and brand film director has led me to partner with brands, artists, production companies or agencies for the likes of Center Parcs, Sudocrem, Barbican, Hyundai, Quickbooks, Hamptons, Sainsbury’s, MTV and EY with with playful takes on technology, arts, culture, history, parody set pieces and finding any excuse to reference Bruce Springsteen.
My narrative work explores finding the funnier side of identity and culture, dealing with loss; emotional storytelling rooted in genre, characters with passions and finding the light in between the darkness. In 2021, I wrote and directed short film PANDEMIC SPY about how spies coped during the Pandemic lockdown. Nominated for best comedy film at the BAFTA qualifying Carmarthen Bay Film Festival, it was officially selected at 21 international film festivals, winning 7 best comedy film awards and is featured on short film website Omeleto racking up 6.7K views in the first 24 hours. My music videos for Cornershop, Maroon Town and Punkture Sluts have been screened at BAFTA qualifying London Short Film Festival and Aesthetica Film Festival.
I completed a course in Virtual Production 101 from the Mars Academy, giving me a basic grounding in VP working with immersive LED screens on digital sets; and am interested in exploring narrative drama/comedy projects in commercial, tv and film with a series of shorts in development.

- Barbican - Jean DubuffetCommissioned by the The Barbican to create a mixed media contextual film for the exhibition “Brutal Beauty”, encouraging audiences to engage with the artist Jean Dubuffet’s impact on art. - Stop Motion RecipesI'm in the home studio pushing what I can do with stop motion animation, creating a series of easy to make Jewish and Middle Eastern inspired recipes that I love eating and cooking (but mainly eating). When I look at a recipe I rewrite it a bit, using rough amounts (don’t @ me), break it down into easier steps that make sense to me so it’s less confusing, so I hope that this does the same for you if you want to give it a go.
