About me
Daniel is the founding partner of Mortar Pestle Studio, an independent design and branding consultancy focused in helping brands deliver creative solutions with meaningful experiences.
Established in 2011, he directs the company as the Creative Lead alongside consulting for diverse renowned creative agencies in London such as BBH, Wolff Olins and Venturethree.
Working in a variety of brand, digital and experience projects allowed him to acquire the right balance of dealing with large corporate institutions, but also support growing startups transform their businesses with progressive and innovative design thinking.
Daniel’s inspiring approach can make a difference with his ability to manage multiple projects and be responsible for leading creative teams to excel in challenging perceptions and drive business forward.
Originally from Portugal, he is passionate about all aspects of design and conceptual thinking. Daniel is equipped with a strong graphic and typography skill set allied with a disruptive digital and art direction perception.
