About me
I am an experienced Personal Assistant and Production/Project Coordinator with strong organisational skills, experience in organising events, teams and diaries as well as office management. Adept at dealing with a number of competing priorities, I have excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. I currently work in sports market research but have previously worked in start-up and charity environments. Also, I have produced over eleven short films and continue to pursue my passion for filmmaking in my spare time.

Media Operations Executive
• I am the first point of contact regarding footage in the media operations team. Using Excel, I compile the recording schedule and communicate with international offices in Germany and India to get the required footage recorded.
• As a data handler, I liaise with external clients to acquire clean footage which I then process and transfer to the relevant teams.
• I am responsible for managing the online database of footage, liaising with international offices on the detail and accuracy of footage, chasing up any missing items and making sure that footage is delivered to the data team within deadlines.
• Managing all print inventories by monitoring and storing all printed material for research and distributing to the international offices.
